1. Contact Us
Contact us and let us know a little bit about yourself, your pet(s) and what type(s) of service you are looking for. We return all calls, texts and emails in less than 24 business hours. *Please note: We host dogs in the small-medium sized breeds and often have multiple dogs staying with us.
2. Meet & Greet
For the safety and comfort of all parties involved, we do prefer to host a meet and greet prior to booking any new clients. Not only is this a great opportunity to meet your pet's potential care taker, but it also helps put a face to our company, answer any questions or concerns you may have, and make sure that we are all comfortable with one another and can meet each other's expectations and needs.
Our Meet & Greet will take 45min - 1 hour. We take time to discuss any and all important information specific to your pet including medical history, habits, and personality quirks. Your dog will be introduced to our resident dog, Kepa, to make sure they will be compatible during your dog's visit.
3. Book ServicesAll new clients are required to fill out our Pet Sitting Agreement & Intake Forms. These will be sent to you via email. You and your dog(s) are not entered into the system or put on the schedule until we receive these back filled out.
