Leashes & Leisure Daycare & Boarding is based out of our home. We ask that you please respect our privacy and family time by abiding by the hours we have posted:
- Office Hours: are 9am to 4pm, Monday-Friday.
- This is when we are available to respond to/schedule new reservation requests and take phone calls.
- We are available for texting, when your dog is currently in our care, from 7am-7pm, 7 days a week.

Arrivals & Departures
- Arrival (Drop-off) & Departure (Pick-up) appointment time blocks: 7:30am-10:30am and 3pm-6pm, 7 days a week.
- All arrivals and departures are by appointment only during the time slots listed above. Should you require a arrival or departure outside of these hours, subject to availability, there will be a convenience fee of $20 per occurrence added to your invoice.
- Arrival & Departure Appointment Times: It is very important that you adhere to your appointment time! All current guests are secured in their personal suites in the Dog Lounge prior to any arrival/departure appointments (to reduce the risk of escapes) and early/late arrivals/departures could result in chaos/unnecessary safety risks and/or the dogs (or you) waiting for longer than necessary! We will not open the door until all dogs are safely secured!
- Early/Late Arrivals & Departures: Because of our efficient arrival/departure schedule and our safety protocols we can not accept early or late arrivals/departures. If arriving early to drop-off or pick-up your dog(s) you will be asked to patiently wait in your vehicle until all guest dogs are safely secured in their personal suites and we can attend to your appointment slot. If you have arrived late to/missed your appointment time you will be asked to either remain in your vehicle until we can attend to you or offered the next available appointment slot for you to return.
- Courtesy Arrival Text/Call: Please send us a text/call 10 minutes in advance of your arrival to our house. Chances are we are not watching the clock and need adequate time to get all the guests safely secured beforehand.
- Reservation Requests: when scheduling reservation requests it is imperative that you include the drop-off and pick-up appointment time slots you’d prefer. If there is a conflict with availability we will respond with the next closest spot available (usually 15-30 minutes in either direction).
- No doorbell or knocking: Please just text your arrival at our house while staying in/near your vehicle. We will meet you in the driveway to collect your dog(s) and/or bring your dog(s) out to you. Please do NOT ring our doorbell or knock on our front door unless we have been completely unreachable via phone!
- Please have dog(s) leashed and try your best to not allow them to urinate/defecate on our front lawn as well as our neighbor's yards.
